Rogina & Associates has planned, surveyed and engineered thousands of acres for residential developers ranging from smaller regional companies to large publicly held corporations. We are the developer's partner throughout the governmental process and strive to be an advocate for our client by simultaneously insisting on sound engineering principles and cost effective design.

We have surveyed and engineered over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial and retail space throughout the Chicagoland region. Experiences range from large institutional projects to retail shopping centers including traditional neighborhood designs and regionally significant developments such as Silver Cross Hospital and Zaremba's Development's 'Cedar Crossings' in New Lenox.

Rogina & Associates has designed the reconstruction of numerous plants and refineries including services for road design, grading, drainage and dike systems relative to expansions with an emphasis on capacity improvements and environmental compliance. Further services include rail rehabilitation, pipeline extensions and utilities.
